If you find yourself traveling on Texas State Hwy 59 between Victoria and Houston Texas make sure you stop at the Praseks Hillje Smokehouse in El Campo.
It may just appear to be a store like you have seen before on the side of the highway, but I can promise that the food is unmatched anywhere. I have actually gone out of my way to reschedule my time to make sure that Praseks was going to be open when I passed by.
They have different smoked meats and all types of fresh baked bakery items.
